Shipping policy

Free shipping to Canada and the United States Every order ships free to Canada and the US. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time Once shipped, orders usually arrive within [7–14] business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods like Black Friday and the holidays, or because of carrier delays.

Where your order ships from Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses [in China / in the United States]. Your package may arrive with packaging or labels from our fulfillment partner.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after you receive it.

Duties and taxes Any import duties for orders shipped to Canada and the US are covered by us. You won't pay anything extra at delivery.

Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking shows it as lost, email us at airrest.info@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it if you contact us before the order ships.
